Golden Super Cruise Car Show (first Saturday monthly May-October)               

The South Golden Road area around the Sonic drive-in is home to a very large monthly car show called the Golden Super Cruise. They typically hold this event on the first Saturday of every month from May through October. One of the best things to do in Golden on a Saturday evening.

Do you like to see classic cars? Like to hang out with people who are passionate about preserving our automotive heritage? This event has grown to include hundreds of classic and exotic cars, which cruise along South Golden Road throughout the day and park in various lots along the road between Golden High School and the Sonic Drive-In. There is typically a DJ on hand in the Pizza Hut lot.

This is probably the best free car show you will ever see and it's one of the best free things to do in Golden along with the Coors brewery tour, be sure to take a Saturday to check it out.

When: 
The 2012 Golden Super Cruise will take place on the first Saturday of each month from May through October, but it is sometimes rescheduled at the last minute due to inclement weather.
