Morrison Nature Center at Star K Ranch, Aurora (always free)
The beautiful Morrison Nature Center is a free park in Aurora, Colorado that is definitely worth checking out when you are in the area.

Morrison Nature Center is a 200 acre facility featuring hiking trails, biking trails, and an exhibit and event center. The exhibit building hosts educational displays and programs that appeal to kids and adults alike. The 200 acre property runs along Sand Creek and is bordered by the High Line Canal, offering excellent walking and biking trails. Nature Center programs are free (other than day camps and a few special events).

Wed – Fri: Noon – 4:30 p.m.
Sat – Sun: 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Closed Monday and Tuesday
